I don’t care what anyone says, Brayden Wills is an absolute baller. Especially in his time at OU. He did anything, and everything he was asked to do, and he did it pretty well, if not excellent. Minus playing wildcat quarterback versus Texas, and that was not his fault. That was a terrible scheme, and he did his absolute best with what was given to him. He is a great example of biding your time, and taking advantage of the opportunity when it’s given (the critical holding penalty in the playoffs with the Niners was a terrible rookie mistake, but it happens)

Spencer Brown has struggled since he got on campus. Jake Taylor will probably start over him, if not one of the young guys if they have a strong summer

Wait a minute, just because you struggle in the beginning doesn't mean anything, especially when you transfer schools. There is a process to everything. I think we're jumping the gun at this point.

I think Brenen Thompson is going to pop off at key times this year, like Gibson last year. We finally have a QB that can lead Thompson at a full sprint and so when he sees the field I predict he often scores or at least connects for 40-50+ yards

Brooks is last years Green. Same domination of circuits, UA events, etc as Green. Same type of player. I'd expect he's getting major snaps if not starting at G by mid/late season. EPL could also fit that mold. I hope so. Because hed look good mauling guys at the other G spot after this season.

QB: 1 Arnold, 2 Thompson (Hawkins looked great in spring but they've yet to dive deep into the playbook and usually once they do in the fall, freshmen start to fall behind) TE: 1 Sharp, 2 Roberts WR: 1 Anderson, 2 Gibson, 2 Burks (Farooq will get some play, but Anthony's coming off of a huge injury and will probably get spot time for the first half of the year) LT: Sexton LG: Nwaiwu C: Hickman RG: Howland (Hatchett's injured so I see them bringing him along as the season goes and he'll eventually start) RT: Taylor (Brown's been a turnstile his whole career)

Backup QB definitely Thompson. No disrespect to Hawkins at all. He's future. Backup should be ready to go yesterday. Though, garbage time I'd give Hawkins some snaps to gain experience.

Llewellyn is trash, we basically cut him, he couldn’t play the position, and as far as Davon Mitchell, word from spring is that he’s waaaay behind all other tight ends

Mitchell should be going into his Senior year in Highschool so I bet he will need some work

No one should expect Mitchell to be further ahead than he is as a freshman. He wasn't brought in to be a starter immediately.
