My mom made her hamburger patties with chopped onions in them too. If in a pinch I'll take the seasoning packet from ramen noodles for beef or chicken gravy and drop dumplings to stick to the ribs.

I'm usually a half and half guy for gravy. Half oil, half flour. Then cook it til nutty. Depending on how much flour you use, I do 3tbls flour used to a cup of stock. That was some wonderful looking food Ms Dee. Yum and a double yum for smothering the steak for an hour or more. Cook low and slow.

Only one of those burgers is really browned. The rest are just gray. I think you should Google of brown meat. You’ll be surprised what the technique is and this is it. It will make your stuff stay so much better. I’m enjoying your video very much.
