My mom called hers hamburger steak and she used onions. I’m not a fan of mushrooms so I would leave them out. With that being said, the meat and gravy looks delicious and you can never go wrong with mashed potatoes and peas. 😋😋😋

I made this yesterday! Omg.... your the only man allowed in my kitchen when I'm cooking from now on! I got all the ingredients set up and cooked along with you. It was sooooo good! I only recently found you on here and so far I've made this and the roasted chicken thighs and rice. I have finally found someone who can capture the flavors I'm looking for! You cook like I do. I just made this recipe and it was delicious 😋! I shared it on Instagram, hopefully you can see it. It's now another family favorite. Let me explain: Eating is hard to do. I have 3 kids with Autism and sensory processing disorder, which makes them picky eaters. My daughter doesn't eat meat, she loved the steak including the gravy. My middle one doesn't like mashed potatoes or mushrooms, but he ate them. WITHOUT A FUSS! My oldest son doesn't like anything new that I've made, but he finished this plate! I do prefer Heinz Ketchup, but it's getting pricey. So, I did get French's Ketchup since I like their yellow mustard. I make my Salisbury steak pretty much the same way, but I sauté the mushrooms first. 🙂👍

I’m going to make these for sure but, when I put the meat in the gravy I’ll fork pierce the meat so the gravy goes into the meat. My mom owned a restaurant and she taught me that. Love your recipes. Love you. Your my fav.
