In promotional videos they've used around 48 times the male protagonist and around 54 times the female. They use both MC's pretty evenly for the promotional videos with a little difference because at the start of the promotions they were using the female protagonist more but they stopped pretty quickly with doing this, now they always change which protagonist is used each video.

It was the case since the beggining. Male got interstellar journey + a lot of pre launch trailer like "next stop the stars". Meanwhile female MC got space comedy trailer but need to catch on the pre launch content male mc had before she was added. And yeah stelle is added much later in developement.

Male or Female Protagonist of Honkai StarRail Honestly there are no difference between them other than Design and Voice both are my Goofy Trash Loving Pandas no matter what gender you pick they will cause mayhem anywhere Stelle and Caelus are honestly my favourite Gacha Protagonist because of their teasing of March or anyone else and their unhinged comments they make.

some of the trailers glitched a bit, especially around 33:00, none of those were supposed to happen so it was actually a problem with your internet, and sadly a lot of scenes were skipped because of that, still, they were good reactions, just make sure to check your internet next time

One suggestion with Star Rail: take your time. Compared to Genshin Impact, there are a lot of little missable things along the way here - and a couple of them aren't that little. There are also a lot of little choices which so far don't seem to ever seriously impact the story (or more accurately when they do they won't stick for long), but the game appears to actually be tracking all of them.

So excited for you to start Honkai Star Rail! I've just finished the Penacony chapter and I have all the feels. FYI, to better understand Acheron's backstory (the purple-haired woman who was dancing with Black Swan in Rondo Across Countless Kalpas), it might be best to watch the Honkai Impact 3rd animated shorts because there's a lot of references / crossovers between the characters there and the characters in Star Rail. I played without context and wish I had looked up the lore beforehand but now I have and I can understand why some people were losing their shit over this character. BTW Duke Inferno and the Annihilation Gang mentioned in the Rondo trailer had a myriad celestia short, the one about Everflame Mansion. When you do play the game I recommend you do all the Trailblaze Continuance (main story but secondary) quests, as it makes sure that certain details are filled in before certain events Really enjoyed all the reactions from this series, you're gonna love the game I'm looking forward to it
