WOW. 3 on the column. I grew up with most cars having that in the 50`s and 60`s. Worked at an auto auction 7 years until last year and to my amazement most younger people did not know how to work that. Led to one really bad situation. Someone got their leg crushed at our classic sale. That`s me cruising the lot on a golf cart doing security on a holiday in my icon.

It is unfortunately. I have been a subscriber to MTOD since the week it started and for years have paid the full amount every month to only get less than 20% of the content. But I kept paying it because I got Roadkill, Roadkill Garage, Engine Masters and Dirt every Day. But now they are just shutting it down after all these years of paying for it. Also you can't use a VPN because when you enter you payment details if its not a USA credit card it will reject your payment and decline your subscription. I used to support them but to just get a email and them have no explanation is very unprofessional. There are alot of viewers from outside the US and Canada so when they loose a heap of revenue they might reinstate the service.

surprised you guys haven't figured this out with vans, panel vans and station wagons, used to do in my work trucks fairly often....when you gut, put the front tires on ramps, jack stands or something SAFE, elevating front, while leaving back low..then get in front door with a power washer, steam cleaner better, and just blast the mess right out the back of vehicle.

The army truck/Jeep was cool. My dad had a three on the tree Ram truck that I learned to drive on. That has a lot of potential. The old Wrangler? Ugh. Why? I just don’t get rock-crawling. I couldn't help it looking at it I mean I had one before and what I wanted was I installed a 360 with a with a three-carb medical six pack and pretty much all I did was shorting out the axle and made it into a dragster a wheelie popper and yet still street legal I never got to get it done and finished up I actually had to sell it to start my shop but I missed that car it's a nice car I did a full restoration I spent about 2 years just on the body work it was clean I did a full sandblast interior and exterior on it but I never got it never got it to paint but it was a nice car

@@krashdown102 Company still going strong, I sold my shares and left the other directors to it. Now running another successful company. I thoroughly enjoyed MT content, what we used as an example was purely their business practice, which was one of the stand out failures of companies trying to seamlessly switch from youtube to their own website. At the time lots of companies were trying to do the same thing and MT made a great deal of mistakes while doing so, which was a useful teaching tool for our company as well as several other experts in OGR who I know also used them as an example. MT might still be around, but their brand awareness is considerably lower than five or ten years ago. A lot of traditional print media companies with large overheads are struggling to stay relevant and crucially, profitable in the current marketplace. Whilst MT did a lot wrong, and still seem to make costly mistakes now, it's actually pretty amazing they're still around at all. Compare their profitability to other automotive content creators and the writing is on the wall though.
