I’m so glad you stopped and was able to refresh at Kennedy meadows north. What a great place to stop, especially considering the storm and how you had been sick recently. You are traveling through glorious country. Thanks for posting

So glad you stopped to fuel up your body. Gotta stoke that flame. So inspired by your hike! Glad to see Skipper in your footage. She hasn't posted in awhile and I was hoping she was ok with the altitude.

Congrats to you as well, Mike! When I saw you hit that storm, I immediately was wondering if it was the same on that I saw on 'Skipper's video yesterday!! That was a 'hot' one. You are reallly knocking out the miles, man. Might see you up here in Washington before the snow flies, yet. I'm expecting to start seeing a few SOBO hikers starting out. Our winter wasn't tooo bad, but still some snow up high. Take care, man! Ed PS.... WOW Nice place there at KMN! Thanks for including it... I commented too soon....

I've genuinely enjoyed watching your vlogs, you're doing great! It is also a nice change to see a hiker like yourself who is fit enough to tackle the PCT in a much more aggressive way than most of us. I hope to be able to hike the PCT at some point in my future. Though you're not done yet, I'd love to see you put together a 'lessons learned' or 'advice to upcoming hikers' type of vlog when you're done to help others like myself prepare and have rational expectations. Hearing your thoughts on planning calories, setting rules, bypassing towns, and keeping the right state of mind would be enlightening from such an experienced 'old man' like yourself.

i like the details of the trail .. Yogis book is awesome, and seeing your path and places let's me pause and get into the Yogi sections and try to get a 'feel' for my own impending launch

Are you finding that the wind helps to suppress the mosquitoes? Have you had to change out your shoes yet? Your videos keep getting more and more interesting! Really appreciate all the fine work! I live in Dunsmuir, CA. and I manage to hike pretty much the same small piece of the PCT almost every day. Hope to see you in passing!✌️😎

Oh boy, you really pushed your limits and luck. I'd rather see you hale and healthy than first to Canada. Glad the trail provided the rest and sustenance you needed. Now Chill Out. Cheers!

Nothing like getting caught on a high pass in an electrical storm with the rocks buzzing around you and your hair standing up. Not an experience I want to repeat. 😬
