Regarding muscle memory: Last year I started to Snowboard again after a 6 year hiatus. Beforehand I was terrified because I couldnt remember for the life of me how this all worked. As soon as I started my first run my body completely took over and as said in this video, my brain didn’t have to do anything. It was as if I never had stopped riding.
