There is a very old skit of Jeff's where he has Peanut, Jose, a tequila worm, some cockroaches, and he had Peanut "Working" his own puppet, Little (Ugly Ass) Jeff, a miniature puppet imitation of Jeff himself,, with everyone bickering with each other... PLUS.. Jeff also pulled out a miniature sock puppet of Peanut as well... He even threw his voice while drinking tequila too... All of this in ONE SKIT.... Quite impressive, and long before he did his own comedy special... You could also check out Jeff's solo skits, without his puppets... Hilarious... Jeff often does these solo monologues at the beginning of his shows, to warm up the audiences for the puppets....One of these skits include one called "Being a Girl Dad"...

I’ve seen him multiple times since the 90s! He does great standup before all the puppets come out during his shows. In his earlier shows, he would actually drink while making Peanut talk! Amazing. His newer one Url is a Gen Z hipster who texts during his show, hilarious!

Many ventriloquists are technically proficient, but not very funny. Some are funny, but not technically proficient. Jeff is both. He's funny as a stand-up comedian, and he's an excellent ventriloquist which is why he's the GOAT in my opinion.

Walter is my favorite character of Jeff's. He reminds me a lot of the comedian Rodney Dangerfield, because both are constantly bashing their wives. Of course, it's all good-natured humor. For some of Jeff's best classic videos, look for videos from his specials, Arguing With Myself, Controlled Chaos, and Spark of Insanity.

Walter may be right about the naming of Iceland. As I understand it, Iceland and Greenland were ironically named to confuse the vikings or other invaders. Trick those barbarians into going to some arctic wasteland to freeze their longhorn helmets off. I could be wrong, but there's a certain logic to it. Why else would you name a literal ice-land GREEN-land, and call a beautiful region ICE-land? There had to be some kind of tactical motive there.
