I’m so emotional. My grandfather passed away a few years ago and we never really talked about him. Some reason this year I’m feeling a need to make a tribute to him. This year I bought a duck and the title just kinda washed over me. I love this series!

Making duck for thanksgiving this year. So excited. I have been looking at different recipes and most are the same. Don’t need much as the duck has a lot of flavor. Will be stuffing with onions, rosemary or thyme as lemon or orange

Looks So cRaZy GOOD. Thank you for this video. I have cooked Mallards....they are VERY dry....but l could never get a domesticated duck to turn out....it was always too greasy. This looks perfect. The gravy looks wonderful. Thanks Jeff ....what a NICE Grandma you had to teach you. This brings back fond memories of my Grandmother. She did not raise ducks ....but she loved her chickens. She was always so proud of her noodles. I still make her noodles. What a GREAT channel you have....your so humble ....for how fantastic you are. 🎄♥️🕊

Greetings Chef Jeffrey: Having Duck at Christmas? Brings me back to the days of only reading about it in a Charles Dicken's Novel. It's really Old School and I want to thank you for showing us how easy it is to prepare it without fuss and muss. The only ducks I ever ate was from the Chinatown Deli Store or in a Chinese Banquet. I need to be adventurous and try this for the New Year.

I have a duck raised by my son in the freezer. Should I brine the duck? Some say yes and others do not. I was wondering how I should cook the duck. Cornbread dressing and roasted duck sounds very good to me. This will be my 1st duck. My dad did not eat duck so I never had it as a child. A friend had us over for Easter several year ago and duck was one of the meats he served. I liked it.
