A lot of that speed advantage can be weight, battery that is being used to power each one and how deep he is in the water with the motor. Most of the time my 120 gets left in the wake by bow mounted motors primarily because of its weight.

That was the clearest water we've seen there in a very long time. But, there's a tradeoff: It looks great, but it's not always easy to fish.

that minnkota not got a chance against my motor guide with spot loc.36v with gatr max lithium pack lol people like that to big battery its lighter than the 2 batterys they have in there boat

The ascend is designed for a up to a 3.5 hp if he had a motor on it you would not win

I'll race you with my ascend 133x tournament lol got a 2 hp Honda tiller steered motor on the back and a foor operated hawsing 45 pd thrust on the front lol ascend 133x is way more versatile.I can run long distance quickly and use my battery for fishing.133x is hands down winner in my opinion

as far as I know... on any boat, you only need lights if u run in the dark.

You look a lot lighter in weight than the other guy so does that account for much of the difference in speed?

could be but I think is was more hull design issue. but that is a killer boat. the lay out of it is more wide open. I like that a lot.
