Thats pretty enoying when you just gonna do a quick resto and it turns into endless work of replacing parts after parts and become a money pit. But i bet it will be fun to run when it´s all done. Where did you find that body? Have been looking for one for a while but all shops seems to be out of stock.

I got lucky and my local Hobby Town had it in stock! Along with everything else in the world it is luck of the draw to find things!! I am hopeful the list of things is very short of things left to replace!!?

I just upgraded mine 1060 hobbywing esc. spectrum s 605 servo .dumbo r/c controller 6 channel and metal gears in transmission. Body is Parma school bus painted black with gold Sheriff stickers. ( jail transport bus)

My VXL Stampede has the grannie body painted baby blue with black grille. Was wrecked broken frame ($10.00.to replace. servo case $6.00 and front end suspension brace total cost $25.00 plus tax). I buy a lot of scratch and dents from Amain hobby I live about 1 hour away from the store in California. Ford Panel (50s)

Oh I'd be in big trouble if I was that close to them!!! And yeah, the good thing with the Traxxas vehicles is parts are pretty much everywhere and usually are not too expensive. I just hate how overpriced some of their electronics are. Thanks for watching and I should have a new video on it soon revealing the completed truck. Just have to find time to get back out in the garage!!!

I was able to get it fixed with fairly minimal parts. The plastic idler gear said it was not going to put up with that brushless nonsense!

Yeah, I don't know what I was thinking about the combo. It sounded like a good idea, turned out awful! It is much better now!!
