Last Year when I was in Ghana I had to stay in a hotel for one night in Accra. In the morning there I saw a white man in his 70 probably with a child from Kenya of aproximatelly 15. I told him that he has a beautiful daughter. He got silent and went out. The staffs in reception did nothing. Unacceptable!!!

Nothing new under the sun. I live in the UK and as a diaspora I observe alot of young African boys with old "Santa clause" looking men walking behind them carry shopping or luggage like a house boy but you can automatically tell he is being abused and doesn't know the extent of what is happening to him. I say this as an African.. Your suggestion wouldn't work. The only way to stop this foolishness is for Africa to break free from the Western hegemonic system and start building their own economy. As an example, look at how Kenya is attempting to break free from the West. This sex tourism happens because these old white men (and women) are at an economic advantage when they go to Africa with their foreign currency, and are therefore able to manipulate these poor Africans with hopes of a better life. The only way to stop this is for Africa to fight her way to economic properity, and in the process, reclaim her dignity and see these nasty white people for who they really are. Thete are a lot of comments about the self hate of Africans, and they aren't wrong, but you can't separate self hate from the political and economic dominance the continent continues to endure. No amount of alliance-forming is going to stop this nonsense, unless you're talking about economic alleigances. Until the continent-wide poverty issue is tackled, nothing will change.
