To all of those who are saying that temple condition is too bad . We are really sorry for this condition of Mandir . We do our best to restore it. First of all Mandir is 1500 years old so weather and climate effect this Mandir badly . Second the Mandir is in thar ,sindh province . Where rain happened after 8 years and people are very poor . Third govt of Sindh is sadly very corrupt you are talking about Mandir only even they don't spend money on people of Sindh just look at the condition of Karachi .😕 And best thing is now imran Khan restoring all old building including Mandir , dargah, gurdwara, churches . Ao please don't blame comman people of Pakistan even they are doing their best to save these historical places . Love to all.

Temple just indicates what the original Hindu natives of Sindh must have gone through when the Islamic invasions started in 8th century in Sindh. Sindh used to be 100% Hindu once and Raja Dahir was the last hindu king of Sindh. Temple must have been destroyed during that invasion or subsequent ethnic cleansing.

Ever heard of Somnath temple which Islamic invaders tried to destroy 9 times in different centuries? It is part of Islam unfortunately to destroy idol worshipping places of non-muslims or kafirs. Read Surendra Nath Goel's book on hindu temples where he has documented over 80,000 ancient hindu temples which were destroyed via Islamic invasions. A lot of them have now mosques standing over them. Such was the scale of devastation and ethnic cleansing.

@Mansa Musa Bro, The number of old Hindu temples left in Sindh can be counted on your fingers. Where as Sindh used to have thousands and thousands of ancient Hindu temples which no longer exist. Please read Historian Sita Ram goel's book on Hindu temples where he has documented over 80,000 Hindu temples, their names and locations throughout the region which were completely destroyed through Islamic invasions. No matter how you wanna spin this you can't run away from the truth. Just because there is a couple of ancient ruins still standing in Paxtan or even Bamiyan Buddha still standing (though destoryed by taliban) doesn't negate the fact that the scale of Temple destruction of Hindus and buddhists was unprecedented anywhere in he world. Plus add to that ethnic cleansing, imposition of Jiziya and conversions by sword. Things were really bad. No wonder the entire Sindh and Punjab region is 99.99% Muslim.

Read the history, even Hindu Rajas fighting between each other, you are saying that the fate of Hindus 🕉 would not be the same or really worst if Sawarkar and Hedgewar were not there. How Hinduism was created? Basically Hinduisms or nameless religion is to hijack sentiments of poor by clever criminal minds, that knows to “fool and rule people”, by fabricating childish and cartoonish stories and building their own fortune. You all know Walt Disney so think of Walt Mickey of Ramayana. These criminal minds designed Idol worship created huge income, so temple creation came into existence. God never gave any dictation/Commandments/religion to humanity that was nameless. God is one, who knows the future of 1000s of years to come, and importance of keeping humans in connection. If his dictation/revelation/scriptures are lost his connect with humanity is lost. If anyone who doesn't have this much future analysis, then he is not God. God never leaves is creations at cross roads or play monkey tricks. Then how Hinduism lost its God awarded name? There is a doubt the name was so holy, that kills idol worship and superstition, so clever Brahmins who hijacked Hinduism, vaporized the name itself, to make room for superstition and idol worship to make money out of it. Quran has the details from very first human Adam AS, and his generations and commandments and dictation given to him, up to the last messenger and last dictation. 1) According to recent research by archaeology research, first humans lived in southern India and speak Tamil language. So India has the oldest dedications (scriptures) of God. Since they use Tamil language, the dictation / commandments was in Tamil language, and still by that time man did not learned use of Pen. And for those first humans or for those Indians, there was not much restriction, laws and worships, but least commanded in Quran like, dress properly, respect relation, be kind to all, do not create mischief and be thankful to God was dictated and it is again reminded in Quran 7:26 to 7:36. In those times there was no concept of Idol worship, so no command on Idol worship was given to first humans or Adam AS. Those first humans do not pray/worship like we do, their only Worship was offering their best produce to God. People use to thank God by offering their best produced offers, as food and best fruit produces. This was the initial ""Pooja Thaali"" concept. Quran 5:27. When they offer this ""Pooja thaali"" as worship, it was consumed by animals and birds and that offering was regarded as accepted by God. Because it is a social service to nature, birds and animals. Then the first Humans Adam AS Created by God dies, leaving large number of children and the taught Godly dictation to their children and “Pooja Thaali” worship and period continues. 2) And human population grows, they moved from south India towards north India captured Himalaya carrying with them the holy dictation (scriptures) and this was the period of Seth (Bible) or Siva (Hinduism) or Shees AS, a very peaceful and jolly period. His speciality was cleanliness, so his name (Clean/Clear) and educated the growing population on proper disposal of waste. And His wife (Parvati) took lesson of cleanliness, importance of bathing and they live by Ganga River. Hinduism made him God of disposal and his wife Goddess of Cleanliness. And their next generation Ganesh also called as God of education follows... 3) Then there as period of Idris AS (educational development period). His speciality was education so his name (instructor/teacher). The initial schools and use of pen starter and population moved towards west Iran, Iraq, and East China carrying with them the holy dictation (scriptures). In this period writing and recording started. Again Hinduism mistook it as God Vishnu because with his teaching. 4) Then the period was followed by Noah AS or Manu with latest amended dictation. The educational development by Idris AS after his period too humanity in wrong direction. The lesson by Shees AS of cleanliness and education of Idris AS divided humanity in Clean and unclean and initiation of cast system. Because in this period, the leaders started dividing humanity into caste and categories on social and economic basis. Noah AS main struggle as to establish equality. And ManuSimiriti is tampering of dictation of Noah AS, brought by Eurasian Brahmins along with Sanskrit language. You will find it in Quran and Bible. With Noah AS concept of boat and water travel came into existence, and humans moved to others continents carrying pen (Idris AS) and concept of neatness (Shees AS). 5) Then there as period of Ibrahim AS or Abraham (Bible) or Brahma (Hinduism). The humanity expanded in Asia and Africa. Ibrahim AS was first Astrologist/Astronomer who struggled to understand creation of universe, after analyzing skies stars planets. 6:75 His studies were on skies, so Hinduism took his as God of skies or misrepresented him as, Creator of skies. Idol worship as at peak in his time, His father himself was the great Idol maker. His studies of skies, stars and planets made him stand against his father and idol worship. 6) Then there as the period of Mosa AS. Samiri and creation of Golden Calf 7:152 and cow worship came into existence. 7) Know, every 500 to 1000 years humans uses to loose that holy dictation and return to mischief, aggression and oppression. Then again God selects a new person and again new laws were sent through him and old laws amended. And this continues until the last messenger and dictation, The Quran. Now India had the first dictation and revised dictation brought by Eurasian Brahmins from west. With this much History knowledge and idea, Eurasian Brahmins come to India and hijacked the innocent local Indians, started idol worship, cow worship and caste system. And with this mixture of things Hinduism came into existence from that old saved dictation of Idris AS, that was written and revised dictation of Noah AS and ManuSmiriti brought by Eurasians Brahmins. Eurasian Brahmins was advance trained mind in religion and its effects they learned in Europe and used the language Sanskrit. They hijacked and tampered and fabricated new books using old and new dictation and created the caste system and idol worship for their commercial, financial and political means. And thus created the nameless religion or nameless oppression and aggression for centuries on local soft and tolerant Indians and much later Muslims came and named it Hinduism. And rescued the suffering local soft and tolerant Indians from Brahmanism. This is how Hinduism came into existence, which no holy significance or any authenticity.

As a Pakistani we must preserve our history. It reminds us of our past and our ancestors our forefathers. It’s an important part of our history and it means a lot to the Hindus so allow them to visit freely! If we don’t have the experts to restore the temples then I’m sure somewhere in India some person will still retain the crafts of the ancients. Bring them in to help restore the temple. Or even as an outreach to the Modi government of India, create a cultural body 10 experts from Pakistan and 10 from India. Sit them in a room and iron out a way to bring the experts to preserve these temples.

Sculptures or idols are not there may be destroyed or taken away. The actual name is Godiji Parshwanath Bhagavan (God) in Jainism. The pictures at present I saw belong to Hindu Religion. Inspiration, as you mentioned, might come from Ambaji or Mount Abu Temple. The small rooms you described as a single person prayer room but it is made to establish all 24 Bhagavan's idols in every single room. We call it Deri or Derasar (Temple). The prominent conservationist Miss Lari says it's 800 years old. But thanks for the valuable information.

​@Hydi B Exactly ! that's the difference, you called it "stupid building!" if someone says something bad for your religion, you will be hotheaded and will do anything like- killing, beheading, terrorist attacks etc.!!! but when it comes to make fun of other's religion, you call them KAFIR and you never think twice to disrespect them! you never learn to respect other culture in the history of times! and he (Babar, Aurangzeb ,were not a good king and of course not a true Muslims!!! because Islam never says to demolish other culture structure, burn their books, force conversion!!! our religion Hinduism and other religion like Buddhism, Jainism always told the world to respect each other, to be peaceful. still people like you don't respect our culture that's really a shame!

Actually there is no religion called Hindu religion. All non-Muslims and non-Chrisitians are grouped under one umbrella "Hindu". In fact, Hinduism is a conglomerataion of thousands of minority religions or groups, like you claim. थोड़ा तो सोचके बोलिये, भाई साहिब !

The signboard said "Gori Temple" I think it's not called Ghodi but Gori. 🤔 Also, thanks for showing the temple to us far off Hindus. However it was disheartening to see the poor condition of the temple and that there was no priest to take care. I believe the Pak govt can easily use these as religious tourism spots. The path, the terrains, the aloofness & the workmanship of this historic temple is super interesting. Mount Abu also has magnificient Jain temples from old times, I'm sure this would be related. After all, these borders weren't there then.

Bhai to everyone here saying that Mandir ki halat buri hai you have to understand that it is 2300 years old, its in an area which has always been impoverished, this area has a population of couple of hundred or maximum of a couple of thousand and its way out in the desert. All that being said, Nangarparkar district should take care of this Mandir and also not all Mandir's look like this, this is just way too old "which is awesome" but in a place with very few ppl and nobody has damaged any of these temples. The local government should take better care of them for sure.

Beautiful to see you respect your heritage and take your shoes off at both places of worship. Very good when people respect their own history, culture and religion (ancestral and present). Indus Valley and Helmand valley is the birth place fo vedic Hinduism. Vedic Hinduism had no idol worship. It was based on purifying and healing rituals using the 5 elements such as fire and water. Vedic Hindus went to river banks in morning to purify with the water and pray. Their Qiblah was based on the sunrise. Hindu days are pretty much same as how Islam divides it days and prayer. Hindus wake up same time Muslims get up for Suhoor and this time is a blessing from the almighty. Vedic hindus believed in existence of 1 god and several angels. The angels were called Devas. They acknowledged the existence of jinn in the unseen world but they didn't call them jinn. They called the yakshas, nagas etc. The use of yagnas is same as Zoroastrians. The word Deen comes from Zoroastrian religion. Hijab comes from zoroastrian religion. In the Quran Allah says that the message is sent to muhammad the same way it was sent to people from all the different people time and time again from time immemorial. The message went everywhere. Vedic hindus had the message long ago but as floods came and Hindus moved away from Helmand river further into India, the practices change. Greek, Roman, Islamic and British invasions changed the practices further and people stopped understanding what they were practising. But we can all be proud that our ancestors practiced a great religion similar to Islam in the most ancient times.
