I have been thinking about getting this for a while now because I love cypress and its similarity to Italian Cypress. Your positive review sealed the deal. Along this line I’ve love to see reviews of Cremo Blue Cedar and Cypress and Banana Republic Cypress Cedar. Thanks, Chad!

Z14 reminds me of the Summer of 1991, where just one month out of high school… whoa, I met my first attainable crush. We had a summer fling. His fragrance was Z 14. I have a bottle of this fragrance now, and every whiff takes me right back to very specific scenarios filled with elated emotions, anticipation, discovery.

Getting back to our roots with this one. I'm certainly a fan of the older formulas. 🌲 The newer ones not as close to Italian Cypress and unfortunately pretty flat on me. Like a flat ginger ale with cinnamon. But it does get better with time in the bottle. Just like with the new Quorum, I slightly prefer the aftershave.

It smells the best and project when you sweat for some reason definitely mature scent (studio54 dance floor🕺)/1-12 smells like cinnamon gum, piney vibe to it...

Other mens' classics that really struck a chord are: PS Fine, Zino, 1881 Cerruti pour homme, Dunhill Edition, Alfred Sung for Men, VC&A Tsar (Discon'), Devin, Quorum Silver, Aramis 900..... One of the said frag'c is so potent that I 'd easily lose my self control over & over again while wearing it, LOL❤❤❤❤❤

This is college freshman year for me. I got two scents, this and Jacomo that are still quintessential eighties “old school”. Still nothing quite like this one for spicy woodsy eighties smell! Will always take me back, and smells nice to younger folks not brought back on the journey, particularly with the tonka that was its signature of “back to the future”.😊

I need to check this out. Only thing put me off getting this one is people comparing it to Big Red gum and bashing the reformulation etc... I have Halston 1-12 which is really good. Italian Cypress was very nice, i had a decant of that for years and thoroughly enjoyed it. Bugger it, I'm ordering a bottle of Z-14 rn!

I mixed my z14 and 1-12 and created my own new fragrance. 80% of people will not like Z-14. You are making enemies by introducing this😂
