Thank you Marcus. I remember first logging in in 2003. I played until 2008 then quit until 2010. Then quit because of EOC. I love the 2008 HD client, and OSRS has been the closest thing. Recently I've missed Runescape but I hated that Jagex sold this gem to a company that milks games through MTX. With the new owners and your openness to RS3 I've made a fresh account on it and I now see it as the evolution of Runescape rather than a filthy separate client to the real game. Thanks Marcus!

Heya I'm not sure if anyone else said it yet but in RS3 you can *hold all your money in your money pouch* without any consequences(saving bank space)! You do not lose this to any pkers (but you can't add gold to the pouch in the wilderness). So you can add that 300k in the bank to your money pouch without any consequences. I know scamming happens often in runescape so here's a wiki article about the money pouch: runescape.wiki/w/Money_pouch I love your series! I just want to say that this series has basically infinite potential, and I can't wait for more! Admittedly most quests beyond F2P haven't really changed all that much, but there are still a lot of things where comparisons can be made. Dominion Tower vs Nightmare Zone, Fletching being F2P vs P2P, Achievements vs Achievement Diaries, Menaphos vs Kourend's favour system, Nightmare vs Nex: AoD, the Mining & Smithing rework vs how they used to be, Runespan vs Zeah runecrafting and so on and so forth!

The course in Varrock is actually new content, which is why it's absent in RS3. I think it'd be cool if they could add those courses to RS3 as well somehow. They might have to change them a bit, but I feel like there's more potential in RS3 than OSRS.

If I remember right you didn't need to find a new spade in RS3. I think there is a right-click option on the note for "Dig". The same thing happens for Clue Scrolls where they have right-click options for using spade, sextant/compass, etc.

Dude.. there are still hammers in rs3. They just made some quests use special versions of some items. The stake hammer is in the same situation as the items in cooks assistant.

What I meant was you can’t just buy a hammer anymore. You start with one on your tool belt. I don’t even think you could take it off of your tool belt either. Because of this, you can’t just go grab a hammer for the quest so they had to invent the “steak hammer” to give to players for that quest.

keep up this series, i was a rs3 player and started playing osrs. Just a note to anyone doing this: the membership is shared, so if you are member in rs3 you also is member in osrs. (I learned this too late. lvl 30 cbt thrown in the hole) Also, osrs have lots of new content that rs3 never did, as the rooftop agility courses and some new areas. Is just a diferent game by now. I just can't believe how bad the grafics are, some textures and better render engine wouldn't hurt would it? like the HD version they released back in the day.

I don't think they removed any of the agility courses in RS3. The rooftop courses were added in old-school, and I think may people would love them added it RS3 as they would be beautiful.

I think you could do side by side perspectives for osrs and rs3, and then in important aspects you could zoom into the important side of the screen, if you understand what I mean? lol. It would cut your video time in half mostly, and the viewer would see both games as much as possible,

Bro, I see this was made back toward the Easter Event in April, but like I feel that heavy. I was uploading edited down streams of me getting the quest cape in RS3 with a bud of mine, and I need to get back to editing, but I've had my quest cape for about a year now, and I still haven't uploaded the other videos. I think it's the River of Blood i need to edit, and then boy oh boy am I going to have a fun time editing down Sliske's Endgame. Yeah! I couldn’t get it out! I looked it up, and apparently the spade on your tool belt is only for treasure hunter and it can’t be used to just dig anywhere! Someone did suggest I could have right clicked hector’s clue as if it were a treasure hunter scroll, but I didn’t even think of that!
