My 83 year old neighbor loes this corn recipe. I'd never heard of it before, so I rooted around and found a recipe in an old BBQ cookbook to make for her. She was kind and ate it, but yours looks better. Next time I'll make yours for her.

I've never heard of this dish, I know it's good! And just off the charts with freshly shucked corn and sliced brisket. This is definitely one for the Summer barbeques.

Chef Jeff, my mom used to make a corn pudding, with fresh corn (cause she would get the milk out the corn). Do you have a recipe for that? I know flour was an ingredient and maybe cinnamon or nutmeg, but I cannot put my finger on it. Also, thank you for recommending Cavender's seasoning - you are right nothing else is needed unless adding pepper or additional salt.
