I don't fry fish anymore! The best fish recipe my Turkish friends taught me
Excellent fish in the oven. My family and I have never eaten such delicious fish. Few people cook fish like this. Easy and quick fish recipe. Our family was happy. Turkish friends shared this recipe with me, for which I thank them very much. Everyone was excited. Everything is simple, but in the end it turns out insanely delicious. Cook with joy! Cooking recipe and ingredients:
2 fish (mackerel).
Cut off the fins.
Hello everyone! Welcome to my channel.
Cut off the head and tail.
Cut off the spine bones.
We remove the bones.
We repeat the process with the second fish.
Salt.
Pepper.
Make cuts with a knife as shown in the video.
Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Repeat after me.
6 large potatoes.
Pour in water and cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
1.5 tablespoons tomato paste.
1 tablespoon soy sauce.
2 tablespoons lemon juice.
Chop 3 cloves of garlic.
3 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Mix well.
Lubricate the surface of the fish with the prepared sauce.
Bake in the oven at 180°C/365°F for 20-25 minutes.
After 20 minutes.
Cut the potatoes as shown in the video.
Lay out on parchment.
Brush them with olive oil.
Salt.
Pepper.
Dry Garlic.
100 grams of butter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C/365°F for 20-25 minutes.
Grate 70-80 g of hard cheese on a coarse grater.
Bake an additional 5-10 minutes at 180°C/365°F.
Chop some parsley.
Everything is ready.

Moin Olga, vielen Dank fuer die super Tips die ich einmal ausprobieren werde auch wenn es hier (in Chaparral, Neu Mexiko) keinen frischen Fisch gibt werde ich es einmal mit dem gefrorenem Kram aus El Paso oder Las Cruces versuchen. Ich gebe Dir gerne eine Wertung von 9,5 anstelle von 10* da ich kein Salz nehme und dafuer gerne etwas mehr Pfeffer und viel mehr Knoblauch benutze, fuer die guten Hinweise wie man den Fisch sowie die Kartoffeln schmackhafter zubereiten kann. Mach's gut & halte die Ohren steiff, Jochen *Sollte 'n Spaesseken sein!
