As someone who grew up in Mitte in the 90s and early 2000s these kind of apartment tours hurt my soul. The whole character of the district and the apartments has been (luxury) renovated to death. 2k is affordable for this small space? Please take your privilege elsewhere.

I am sorry but that's not the "view" from the balcony when the whole front house watching you drinking your coffee. I would feel naked in public. Berlin recently went crazy with the rent prices.

They found it on eBay Kleinanzeigen! But I think it was a very lucky find.

That's very affordable for a major city in Europe. In Amsterdam, Paris and London you pay double.
