Oliver, love this video! You just keep dropping gems. Being aware of the 3 - 5 bar move made a big difference in how I look at each play in the trend. Reading the cycles on charts are so much easier to read now. 😀

I use the 3 sma to trail it up. When the run is strong, it doesn't close under the 3 sma.

NICE, IF THE 200MA IS BELOW THE NARROW RANGE and the .lower moving average, the odds are higher for an upward breakout. Never come across that before and I have studied channel breakouts for twenty years.
