I've tried other standing ab routines and never feel like they do anything but yours are amazing! I feel my core engaged the whole time! By the last 10 minutes my abs were on fire! Such a satisfying workout without any floor work!

Its a great low impact cardio which still gets ur heart rate up! Will do this when im not feeling it for HIIT! Fitbit: 138bpm avg, 162bpm max, 211 cals. Dripped sweat at the end!

Phenomenal workout!!!! Thank you so much, Olivia❤ Even did this one before work and that is rare for me but you motivate me so much, I am getting in workouts in the early a.m. now. That is totally new for me! Loved the music and, another rarity, I loved every move!! Found myself saying "oh, I love this one" when doing the preview. And did I feel my abs!!! Wow!!!
