"Deep down, you always know what steps you have to take that moment when it happens and the moment after that, one at a time. When you are thinking "some day", It's not real, come back, be in the moment, and allow your Intuitionto guide you to your ambition. " is so so powerful

I really need videos like this. Encouraging words and assurance, minimal sounds, and no music. I struggle with anxiety a lot! I’ve been spiraling a lot about the unknown and the future, even so far in moments of joy i’ve realized these moments weren’t predicted but are happening. Thank you for reminding me of this

Thank you for this. You really spoke to me. I was feeling anxious in the middle of the day. I felt all my anxieties creeping in and taking over my thoughts. This really helped me put things into perspective and while on sane days I remind myself that I truly dnt know the future. There are days I feel like it's set in stone, thank you for getting me through that.

I'm paused at 4:31. My movie shows me in a few months saying, "Why did I do everything wrong a few months ago? Worst mistake of my life!! Now I'm just a mere dry husk of what I used to be!" A gray, dry skeleton of depression and despair whon can never create anything again. I laughed out loud at my movie. Thank you, Olivia!

I love how you could see it for what it is, in such detail! 🙏 we believe it just because a thought says it. How do you know that it wasn't your 'best mistake' of your life? You simply don't know what it will lead you to in a long term... There is no way of knowing now...Thank you for really looking deeper! 🙏

Hi, this is nice and your voice is sweet but to me it was a bit too fast, I am used to slower meditations with some pauses/ silences in between. At the end, it is about breathing, being present with our essence. Wish you all well 💜

Olivia, I've been driven to ask you some things. I have a story, for you. ...... I feel, only you could "feel" it, to change it, to guide it, and with your heart and imagination, make us another meditation video like this one. This story is true, yet unbelievable with our brain, here on Earth. However, Earth is awakening us to the possibilities, because of quantum physics, and other amazing abilities of the water, plants, and many other phenomenal discoveries, that seem to get buried. It starts with believing, that a humans real ' nature ', and, their "only laws", are: Love, and do no harm. Imagine that we are, each one of us, a microscopic molecule, we are each a tiny part of an organism, which we can not see because, we are just a part of it. The organism could be a huge tree, elephant, whale, mouse, bug or plant. Your 'purpose', is never known, until the brain of your organism sends a signal, telling you to take your special frequency, which is a liquid, to another area. You are then driven, by the 'one', who delivers to that area. Every single tiny molecule, (each of us), has a purpose, of which we do not know, and could never understand. Yet... We go, with love, and do no harm. Even when surrounded by infected molecules and maybe, viruses, there will be the 'good bacteria', to attend them. So we spend our days being part of a beautiful symphony of cause and effect, lights of every color playing in the spaces between. Then when many are formed together where there is need, we hear music, and know we are loved, and, only part of, "a Whole"; larger than each of us could fathom. It seems some of us die, yet, if we have loved, and done no harm, we learn we have eternal life, and are told we died, then moved along to our next life, which we are allowed to choose. It's not easy to choose, because everything looks perfect from that place, lol! So we are shown lists, and told many things we've always wanted to know! Yet being born erases it all, so our heart can seek it back again, while in life. Imagine being allowed to come back as a molecule in the heart. Did you know.... The heart is not a pump!! Upon study by, ' the BEST, of the Best '..... they've concluded.....That They can not tell you how the heart really works, or what makes it beat, or how it, 'sends,' the blood out. The heart does not eject blood out at a pressure that could possibly result in constant flow throughout the organism. It turns out, it makes no sense! So, maybe, each molecule must have a part! Each molecule that makes up a blood cell mainly, maybe?... .🤯.....OR each molecule of the heart muscle? And, Could the heart have its own brain....🤔 Anyway, if you're still reading, reach deep, and then reach deeper still. Think what you think. I read a phrase, that meant a lot to me, when I was 20. And, wondering why I spent 50 percent of my life goofing off and the other 50 percent 'wondering' why. The phrase read ......"why try and understand the brain?" "If your brain was simple enough you could understand it, It would be so simple...you couldn't!"😁 Then followed...." If you want to fix your brain, you can't fix it with the one that needs fixin'.😜 Anyway, add and change whatever ideas that come to you, Olivia! Then in your beautiful voice and gentle being, tell us a story! Please🤗 Be a plant, what is their purpose? Are they real? Or just beautiful light, that our "eyes" can change, so we will see? What about a tree? I always think that Trees look happy when it's windy, because they can move everything at once, quickly, instead of a nannometer at a time towards the sun! Or the molecules of the heart. Are they the only ones who can fathom flowers and animals? What do humans make? What does God make?

Did you decide to include ads throughout the video or was that a youtube decision? It's an odd one; defeats the entire purpose of meditation. I love these videos but I'm not sure I'll be able to continue watching with the interruptions.
