Great video and he’s looking amazing but it does surprise me that with how open and honest he is, that Ryan never mentions his pharma regimen. Ya I know that 40% is balls to wall working out. Hard work, intensity , consistency ect.... But that's it. Unfortunately the juice 🧃 dose more. ( Dry look, vascular, shred quicker and look harder, recovery is faster, your stronger, you bulk quicker and more shit) but it's harmful. Get educated people .🙅🚫❌💉👎
