Thank you for your videos! They are always very interesting! I would also be interested in your opinion about pain after doing sports/during recovery. You once said that you also had a lot of pain during your recovery. I now have skipped doing sports for 2 years and I would love to start again, but the pain is holding me back. @@maike5227 hi there! Pain in recovery is the body’s way to keep you from moving too much. We underestimate how much food and rest the body actually needs. It can be helpful to look at the body from an evolutionary standpoint - now that it feels like the famine might be over, it does everything to keep you still to finally repair the damage. If you start to work out now, your body will feel stressed again and it’ll feel like there’s danger on the outside - why else would he have to move? So in order to gain back your body’s trust and let it heal completely, I would suggest you wait to workout. I know that this is probably not what you want to hear, but this is the best thing ❤️🩹
