@@adityamenon775 Bro he only ran under 19.3 once. I don't think he expected a world record in 2016. He was already way past his prime then. But a 19.79 or whatever it was isn't great. I think he wanted at least a 19.5 or 19.6. In the 2008 and 2012 olympics he both ran 19.3 times

@@cliffasante2122 That's probably why he slowed down. Already owed the record, so was content with not needing to do it again? Would've been cool to see him give 100% in some of his races, especially the 100M in 2008. Seemed to jog the last 15M and still set the record at the time. Just absurd!
