Aren't these intakes aluminum? Generally, oven cleaner is not good for aluminum, right?

@@H0kieJoe Yes, they are aluminium, oven cleaner is corrosive on aluminium but as long as you keep it off the machined areas like the gasket surfaces it is fine on cast aluminium. I use it all the time but of course you have to apply common sense. It dissolves the carbon and oil build up extremely well

Pressurized water can warp or break the flaps?

It all depends how powerful the pressure washer is. Mine is normal domestic pressure washer and I have cleaned many plastic and aluminium manifolds and never had any issues. As long as you take care there will be no issues🤝
