As an Omani I will say that you are not comparing Oman and Dubai,, Oman is big and different and there are difference of climate in the north and south.. In Oman the landscape differs, you can see mountains,, very high ones,,, sand,, coasts and beaches also differ,, living in a small village is not like living in muscat. It is a little bit boring but very relaxing. Thanks

Yeah I know that. It's more a comparison of Muscat and Dubai 😁. I did mention that in the video. Thanks and Eid Mubarak.

For me, everyone feels friendlier in Oman, but Dubai is probably more diverse when it comes to culture.

Good video.. i visited muscat years ago when they were building the kempinski. I stayed in madinat al qaboos. It was nice i found everything more natural also the mountains were overwhelming as i wasn't used to that type of landscape.

Informative. I'd be curious to know more about home prices & whether retirees can settle there. Finally, are you from Glasgow?

Cheers, house prices are more expensive in Dubai but in Oman they are a lot cheaper and foreigners can now buy property here. I'm from the Bathgate area but now live in the Philippines.
