Mazda CX-90 Raises The 3-Row SUV Benchmark!

The CX-90 is available with two engine options: a 3.3L inline-six turbocharged gasoline engine or a 3.3L inline-six turbocharged diesel engine. The gasoline engine produces 340 horsepower and 369 lb-ft of torque, while the diesel engine produces 280 horsepower and 457 lb-ft of torque. I absolutely love this vehicle, still , I would wait a couple years, even if its more expensive, why ? Revised gearing, added sound proofing. By the way, my wife and I have a lot of fun in our Mazda 3 sedan, a stunning car in soul red.

Lol, the Hyundai doesn’t have shit on a RWD based AWD system powered by a 3.3L turbo inline 6 with hybrid assist. Nor can it hold a candle to the quality of Mazda. From someone who’s spent about ~60 hours driving both the Hyundai feels like driving a 10 year old Ford SUV with an updated interior and new tech. while the Mazda feels like a newer BMW or MB suv. No comparison.

I hate that in the higher trims, you’re forced into second row captain seats. Not everyone wants captain seats in the second row for a number a reasons. Large dogs being one of them. I wish captains seats were an option on those trims.

Third row is non existent when I adjust the seats to my seating positions. And I don’t have enough leg room in the drivers seat. I smashed my knees into the steering wheel. As much as I love Mazda, I will pass on this. I’m thinking of the Chevy Tahoe diesel with seating for 9 in the base model
