G'day Pete! Love everything about this watch, the beautiful guilloche pattern of the subdials, the bezel insert, the hands and the proportions plus the engraving of the branding on the dial. @anthonysmith29824 жыл бұрын
Hiya Peter. Truly beautiful timepiece mate. I can see ᴇxᴀᴄᴛʟʏ why you chose that piece as a motorsport guy. I'm a fan of the Speedy, & you probably wouldn't be surprised to hear that I lean to Moon Watch w/ the Hesalite! (Hey, at least I'm predicable!), but a few of the Schumacher's and especially the Tin Tin have really caught my eye in the past. In fact I'd probably buy a Tin-Tin if I could. I'd never see this varient before. I'm a sucker for a Panda dial - reverse or not - and the form of that design?, especially how the sub-dials at 9 & 3 connect with the outer minute track is bloody gorgeous. The Clous De Paris is perfect (another new one for me!) and a welcome change from normal concentric circles we often see on motorsport Chrono's, and it's a more masculine look than your typical Guillochê, which is perfect for this piece. I love it mate. Absolutely love it. It'll be an absolute strap monster too! If it was me? I'd be looking at a caramel suede rally from collareb or the same in a concrete grey or tan, but ᴘʟᴇᴀsᴇ, give us look at what you finally go for because you have a knack for finding the perfect strap! Congrats on the new buy mate and I hope that you wear it in good health! A.

@alexanderstefanov64744 жыл бұрын
@@PeterKotsa Hi Peter, the 7750 is generally a very strong timekeeper, add in a freesprung balance with silicone hairspring and coaxial escapement and it really is a great solid movement. My only gripe is the thickness and rotor wobble, and pusher date corrector (due to 7753 Tri compax mod). My real wish would be for Omega to release a speedy reduced with the 3313 Piguet based movement in a slimmer case. Of course this couldn't compete in the racing's price category.

This is an automatic, you only need to give it 10 or so turns and then during the day the wearing on the hand and the movement associated with daily life should wind the watch fully.
