Very detailed and thorough explanation for using a Speedmaster Racing. I just bought the white dial version and it’s such a stunning watch! I spoke with two people who own one and they didn’t even know this watch could be wound! They just told me to shake it! 🤣 which is partly correct. So if you accidentally hit the wrong chronograph pusher while it's running, you break the watch movement??? Doesn't sound right.......

You'd have to push super hard on it to do that, essentially bending or breaking a lever. You don't want to do it, but the risk is overstated. Anyone but a complete moron will realize it doesn't want to be pushed while the chrono is running. If these watches weren't resilient to that half of them would get warrantied.
