Anyone mentioning about the badges I selected etc or that I should have made it harder, please remember a few things: 1. I do these videos for entertainment, just enjoy 😂 and don’t think too much in to it. I’m not that good at the game to make this super ultra hard 2. As I mentioned before, I was doing this video to release while I’m on holiday, so I couldn’t spend hours setting it up trying to find as low as reputation possible that I could still find a job. I had to start it and get it finished before I left 3. It’s literally just an FM video guys, let’s chill and enjoy 😂

Fair enough. I've tried Sunday League experience with no badges, and at first basically nobody will offer you a job, not even Vanarama North/South. I did eventually get a job at the 2nd tier in Wales and was able to work my way up from there. I didn't win the UCL in 10 years, but I did win the European Championship with the Netherlands within 8-9 (Euro 2032). But national team management is pretty broken, they all start offering you jobs when you overperform a little. Presumably UCL within 10 years should be possible even without badges or professional experience, you just need to be a little lucky with job offers. If each job offer is a massive promotion over the last one (say non-league, to Championship, to Premier League within 5-6 seasons) it should be possible.

Ulm vs Preußen Münster is needed! They're both expected to finish low in the 2. Bundesliga and they both have barely any or no experience in the 2nd league or higher! Also it could be a great opportunity for Omega Dad Facts to come back 😉. Maybe you can do a twist, maybe having a wheel for the base tactic (4-2-3-1 but you set it up how you want, maybe 3 AMCs, Asymmetric, 'normal'. Or maybe a transfer policy for that season? (players from an age range, players of certain importance, players of specific nationality). One thing I will say is that Ulm I believe have Bayern as an affiliate so be sure to remove that, OR you could give the other a senior affiliate too and that be a concept in itself. One step further, maybe play a "big brother" save where play as a club with small affiliate and try to create success for that club via the affiliates system. Just sprouting ideas off that come to my mind at 4:30am.

I started unemployed and got the gambia job and won the world cup in my first try. To say i was shocked was an understatement. Tried to get a club job after that and nobody would hire me for over a year until Antwerp came in for me 🙏🏽 currently in 2027 and in the CL

Done it myself. Completely nothing. American Samoa then Omiya. Won J2 then J1. Then on to Salento (Lecce) got them to Serie A. Couple seasons then on to Champs league. Lost in group stages. Then got a gem. newGen, won the champs league. Unreal. Now at Liverpool in 7th season. If I started at West Brom it would be 3/4 seasons in.
