(He is in the midst of divorce, his daughter hates him), he is at the end of his rope and the only thing is left for him is a song that provided him a safe zone, comfort of some sort. That gave him a bit of sanity. He wants to find that song at whatever cost. In his search, he isn’t in control of his emotions, expecting help unconditionally, he wants attention to his cause while other people that he needs their empathy aren’t in tune with his inner turbulence till the woman on the phone come through with the help he needed despite his way of treating her…. We all have the experience of the sort in our life and so we naturally get in tangled with our inner feelings that we lose sight of all else

Maybe the customer service people with lack of empathy should be replaced by robots programmed to empathize with humans, " yes sir, of cours maam, with pleasure, happy to serve you sir" let them vent all they want, cuz god knows only robots would handle it with excellent customer service. I think you forget, the other end of the call is also a person just like the "customer". Empathy and patience have limits. "Client is king !" Busineses who care only about making money, who cater to such egotistical people only encourage them to behave even worse everytime, its true you gain more money but you lose your soul, your dignity, your self respect by allowing petty people to push you around and for what! Youll end up losing that money trying to fix your anxiety caused by the stress from dealing with them all the time. Companies should choose their clients as well.

Who writes this thoughtfully? Greatest observer/critic i've ever read is Mal Vincent. He was established before Siskel & Ebert were even a thing. This writer has great potential
