Ну очевидно же- для того, чтобы пружина не терла стенки цилиндра. Не терся металл об металл. И это не бумага а целлофан. Он его туда пружиной и заправляет для того, чтобы как раз форму пружины придать@@bing5491

чтоб фторопластовое уплотнительное кольцо не сразу стерлось и чтоб пружина меньше гремела. вы видели этап, чтоб внутреннюю поверхность трубы шлифовали? там качество поверхности такое, как у напильника.

I guess no one told him on motorcycle forks with dual or multi rate springs, the closed coils go to top and not down as he was installing them. It's counter intuitive as you would usually want any extra weight as low down as possible but in this case it adds to un-sprung weight so wheel doesn't track as well as it could (doubt it really matters on low power bikes though)

Correct. Plus the wider spaced coils allow the fork oil to pass thru the damper rod more readily.

Unfortunately if you want European or Japanese quality forks then you have to pay. These forks are for the Indian/pakistani markets where very cheap is all they can afford unfortunately. Also most of these forks go onto cheap/lightweight motorcycles, I guess they are just making for their local market. Yes it's not the best design, but it works...somewhat.

Notice the rubes have no bushings, the cast aluminum IS the bushing. They may as well be pogo sticks...

It took some weight from the assembly guy to compress each one. And there is some damping effect from that oil. So compared to a collapsed old fork with no damping oil remaining, these are a good replacement, nice and straight. The intended user is a city commuter on any road surface. So these forks will do the job well enough.

Minimal Safety…No PPE or Guards on the equipment, obviously no concerns about the employees 😡Not once I’ve seen the operator using a gauge or caliper: all eye-balled…that explains a lot about the quality of the parts we are getting from these countries 🙄

Practically they are skilled technicians so they don't use caliper But engineers are known for their theory only They can't hold practical jobs Most of the engineers are idiots They only know to guide do this do that But if u tell them to do it they will escape from there😅😅

@@techkushan470It doesn’t matter how skilled you are you can’t measure a component to a fraction of a millimetre by looking at it, judging by the sound of the machinery, the bearings are knackered so that brings in more variation in size, the picture at 6:24 or the end of the fork tubes looks as rough as fuck.
