In this case, Ishigami didn't really understand the full implications of giving a heart. He wanted to give her the cookie since he saw she wanted it, but part of the 10% that doesn't know about the school legend that a giving a heart is like a confession to want eternal love with the person you give it to.

Yeah… he said something about a prank, but is not something I think Miyuki would do; if anything, he may use that dragon thingy for his confession 🙆🏻‍♀️ but we’ll see soon 😌

yep ishigami isnt really aware that he confessed, but he was still pretty brave in giving her the heart and telling her it was his feelings for her. even if that wasn't a direct confession, he was still making moves! I think Chika was trying to say that ishigami and shirogane both have tons of bad things about them, so they're 'industrial waste' in terms of point deduction (e.g. shirogane being awful at everything or ishigami bullying chika constantly), but that in terms of 'point addition' e.g. good things about them, they're pretty decent.

@@punkanddarling4418 For the OVA (there is only one) - the adapted special bonus chapters (first 2 parts) that have some fanservice. The 3rd part is a regular manga chapter. The actual original chapters by the author were fine honestly, but the anime adaptation dialed it up to 11 to add a lot of fanservice that wasn't originally there. Like any bit of fanservice the manga has, the anime can dial it up a lot more. It's good that the OVA is separate from main story though, wouldn't like if this series was regularly like that. lol
