@jon orlando no he isn't the episode clearly explained he stole the tech from lex Corp and the suit wasn't rdy yet because it's ai only answered to lex. The suit ended up getting a glitch and calls irons Luther when he clearly isn't.

This show… man, this show is GREAT! It fires on every cylinder, with great character moments and development. This whole Captain Luther/Steel story is so well done in regards to subverting your expectations. And we still don’t know the whole story yet! Can’t wait to see where this goes!

I love this show. And that reveal had me leap up out of my chair and do a "woaaah" and then "well that actually makes so much SENSE!" and then realise the episode title actually told us who it was but of course we were to think 'man of steel' simply referred to Clark as it usually does. Also I like that the AI even thought Clark was 'captain luthor' before his non-response made it realise he was an intruder as a possible clue to the viewer that the AI wasn't really capable of accurately identifying 'Luthor' anyway as John and his daughter Nat mention near the end of the episode. Also Jonathan managed to swing that heavy hammer he was dragging even with a broken arm? And yeah who are the other kryptonians on that other world? And it's super creepy seeing a version of Superman burn a version of Lois :O

The problem with eavesdropping, other than the invasion of privacy issues, is that Jordan eavesdropped on a mid conversation out of context... they tried to tease a very CW trope of the love triangle but once again, the show subverts that expectation and deals with it very quickly so it doesn't linger... and they are still great Brothers

Freaking loved that scene visually when Superman and the others were destroying the city. One of the best shots I’ve seen on tv or in movies. The money for the show on full display there. And that black suit is awesome.

My theory is that the x-kryptonite is putting Kryptonian souls in humans. So the evil Superman might be another Kyrptonian in Superman I love how for all their fights Jordan and Jonathan always snap back to being brothers. They admit they are wrong. I love how they are showing powers in this show. How many times do we see Superman use telescopic vision? As for the reveal it was amazing. It was there too, since the computer was the only one to call him Luthor and now called Clark Luthor we should have questioned it. So here is hoping Steel becomes a hero. He realizes Superman is not the bad guy here.

@Jayden Kleiberg That's not how it works in comics, doesn't mean that isn't how it will work in this show. Morgan Edge said "resurrect an army" a couple of times. Derek Powell guy behaved weird with his mom, like he wasn't himself, he said to Clark "you not alone anymore Kal", how does he know Kal-El's real name? What does he meant by 'not alone'? Maybe he was a resurrected kryptonian inside human body and Leslie Larr's body is possesed by his resurrected kryptonian lover and that's why they were eating each other's faces without any reason for it in the episode......it's a good theory, I was kinda thinking the same after episode 5)

@@TheMarine316 well that happens when those shows had to do 20 plus episodes a season. With that many episodes you’re bound to have filler episodes. I believe Superman and Lois has fewer episodes, so therefore it should have a more focused storyline.

@@cruman87 having a full 22 or 23 episode seasons isn’t an excuse to get sloppy & for that matter people use the term filler episodes like a dirty word these days, sometimes you need filler episodes to change things up, some of my favorite episodes of tv shows are episodes that go in a different direction from the main story, think about it, in your life do you just do one thing the entire day, interact with the same person, never have a change of plans, to me filler episodes are a good way to chance course temporarily in order to keep things fresh until you go back into the same plot you’ve been watching for15 plus episodes.

According to the S&L showrunner, 4 of David Ramsay's 5 episodes were supposed to form a mini-arc for the Diggle character regarding what happened to him at the end of Arrow. Those episodes will be in S&L, The Flash, Supergirl and Batwoman. The 5th episode has him playing a different character in Legends of Tomorrow. Due to scheduling complications caused by the COVID pandemic, they had to abandon the more connected storyline originally planned. Each of those 4 episodes are now more self-contained story-wise.

@@Omn1Media yes, but what I think he meant was that since it was an obvious future setup, then it would be important to add in since people who see these kinds of reactions, like it better when people making reactions add in small important details. It's basically acknowledging that you noticed that small important detail. People like continuity. If you know that you're going to talk about her a lot, then it's better when you acknowledge their importance during the characters first appearance. It doesn't matter if it moves the plot along or not, what matters is the importance/future importance. People are attracted to the important stuff. I think I said that well enough.

But I know what it's like to see someone reacting to something, and they don't visually or verbally acknowledge a small detail that I thought was worth talking about or just acknowledging it's existence. You don't even have to say anything, because as long as you visually show it, then people will know that you're paying attention. I'm not saying that you're not paying attention. There's just some stuff I wish reactors didn't leave out.

I wish I could include more but I gotta stick to the rules. Sara downplayed her and Jonathan being able to do better so I just figured that was the shows way of saying the school is finally starting to acknowledge him and she's just the tip of the iceberg for him. Bigger better fish are to come.

My opinion: Evil Superman had already killed Luther in battle and Steel found and repurposed the suit (the purple green one Lex uses in Supergirl), thus it being stuck on Luther as Owner. I wonder if the Evil Superman is (i) Eradicator Superman since we are seeing Steel, referencing the Original Death of Superman arc, (ii) X-Kryptonite mind controlled Superman due to Morgan Edge experimentation with the X-K, (iii) Myriad mind controlled Superman with Astra's forces beside him and that X-K was found during the search for kryptonite to defeat the Kryptonians, or (iv) an always-been-Evil Superman, an Omni-Man type. Anyone have opinions?

Really now? Why would someone watch it AGAIN and then fake a reaction... I don't have time for that when this drops at 1am my time. Doing one of these already takes about 4 hours. If this was a trailer, I would be like understandable but this is almost an hour long show lol. I don't have enough time in the day during the week between work, relationships, trying to keep up with these shows as well as sleep to watch something twice and on the same night as the Flash...nah man. I'll admit one or two of my trailer reactions (The first KH3 trailer and I forget the other) from 2 years ago were not my first time watching them but since I started being serious with this channel, you will not catch me put anything other than my first reaction on here.
