@@ElisaH_DarklyiShine mostly people hating on Tyler, the suit, the CG at times (even though it’s incredible for a tv show.) small things like that. Just feel that it’s very disrespected and like Adam said, not a lot of people are giving this show a fair shot.

This and Stargirl are honestly the only parts of the DC-CW-verse I'm interested in anymore. And while there are always debates about who the best Clark/Superman is, or who the best Lois is, I think this show absolutely has the best "Clark & Lois" as a duo. They're both excellent as their individual characters(Tyler especially really nails both aspects of his role), but they really shine as a pair. The two of them have fantastic chemistry with each other, and the way this episode told us their love story was so beautifully done.

Everything about this episode was great, it’s hard to pick a best moment, but for me it was the on camera interview with Superman and what happened off camera. Beautiful.

My favorite moment was Lois saying she loved Clark. Finally! From a little girl watching the 78 version, I hated that Lois either ignored Clark or treated him like her personal assistant

YES Lois and CLARK falling for each other while investigating was everything!!!! The way she showed him there were problems going on in Metropolis that Superman couldn't tackle and he immediately jumped in to help and she ended up falling for him in the process!!! As Clark!!!! Ugh I could watch so much more of that extended flashback, I hope we get more of that eventually! On a sidenote, considering we didn't get mentions of Kara in this very Kryptonian family focused narrative plus the fact that Supergirl's series is over, I really think it would make more sense to estabilish this show as taking place on a different Earth. Whatever crossovers they decide to make can happen across different universes just like they did prior to Crisis. Anyway, I'm already waiting for the next reaction! ^^

Very stellar episode! The flashbacks were so well done and we even got him fighting a Nazi! Their chemistry has been amazing since day one on Supergirl. That some tough brotherly love and bad father. Always feels like finale!

The effects in smallville are one of my fav things about it, they get me so hyped every single time, literally on s8 and it hasnt gotten old. I feel like some shots and demonstration of certain superpowers are so creative and cool looking. I wish I could see more of it in superhero movies/shows. Smallville def has spoiled me

They use red solar radiation against the Kryptonians, not red kryptonite. That has a whole other range of bad effects on Kryptonians. Red solar radiation takes away their powers because Krypton orbited the red sun, Rao. Js
