Hi Liz, For improving your dangerous blade. Somber smithing stone 7-Nokstella eternal city or Lake of Rot( Ranni quest exact details on how to progress that in my comments on part 23). Also 1 in Deep root depths. SSS8 Caelid next to Devine tower one of the shimmering balls. SSS9 at bottom (outside) Devine tower of Caelid.
