I've been an electric guitar blues fan since my brother picked up a new copy of BB King's Indianola Mississippi Seeds - but somehow missed out on CJ until recently. He is now my 'new favorite' and first KZbin stop! Maybe Paul Deslauriers can get him to come visit Plattsburgh, NY - the new Blues Capital of the Northeast! At the Murray's 1st Wednesday Blues Jam in Essex Jct. VT, just before the virus hit, I had to meet the guy sporting a Silvertone on stage. My subconscious saw that sucker, then flashed back to the ads in the Sears catalogs of the 60's and came up with a name that I hadn't realized I'd retained....

Cool. Had a Danelectro U2 re-issue many years ago that was a similar colour and got used for slide. I think it got sold when I had to trim the collection to suit a smaller home. Great value instrument that did its job well.

Just bought the exact Silvertone he’s playing….ive always loved then for slide too…..you won’t find a better slide guitar in me opinion…

Thanks for these. Missing some live stuff. Last concert I was at was your show in Seattle on March 6th at the Triple Door. WOW what a venue and what a show. About a week later all hell broke loose and you ad to cancel your tour. I think you're playing Mission in November? I"ll have to check that. Lets hope we get an all clear.
