As a newly practicing Medium, the last part of this video particularly resonated with me. It gives me comfort and confirmation for my reverence and love for the Dead. Great video ❤ 8:54

Do you believe hermeticism is a religious practice like Christianity or Muslims I’ve seen people call them selves Christian hermetics do you think they are really tangible to blend the two?

Sometimes it is not clear who of the writers (Tacitus?) did not rely on learned slaves for their publishing? And still who cares, right?

"let no private man consecrate his land." I looked up consecrate. It functionally means to make the land sacred and inviolable. That it can't be violated by other men. It seems to me that Cicero was against private property. much like it is right up to this day, that we cannot own private property once we enter the public, having been bonded securely through our last name. I forget the roman equivalent for the last name that is applicable here in law. There are at least three names, I have seen up to five types of names(status and/or title) for one person. Not much has changed in todays world it seems. If anything we are progressing ever closer to an absolute ban on private property. The last remnants left are lawful (not legal) trusts. Those trusts will continue until such time as the oligarchs of the world manufacture either a secure position of power(complete world domination) so they do not need to hide their assets, or a slave class that cannot own private property at all. The latter option is the one prophesied in the Roman bible. there will be a paradise on Earth, with a slave class to manage it, while the 144,000 rule as kings in "heaven". I must assume that outlaws live in hell, the slaves in purgatory and the rulers in a heavenly jurisdiction. it's heavenly I suppose, because you have to be a saint or kill your legal person to get there. There's a lot you can take apart here near the end of this comment. A lot of speculation. But maybe some food for thought and a little research for some people to get inspired.

Today in almost any country houses must remain open for police investigation without menacing its due property. Maybe Cicero was talking about this sort of crime combating land opening to consecration analysis, not private property immunity.

@@operarioribeiro That's a good point. I think though, that the reason police could force their way onto someones land, say to do a murder investigation, is because these days we don't really own land. We don't get proper deeds or title, it always goes through the state, who ultimately "rents" the land to us, and asks for taxes in return. It's the same with most peoples houses, the state owns the Person of the surname, and the house is usually in their surname. The same goes for people murdered. Most people belong as a property of the state through their legal person, and do not really exist anywhere else, like a common or natural law jurisdiction. This allows them to enter other peoples property if they think someone has taken their property. Like killed a citizen or kidnapped them. If everyone is a citizen and nobody owns any land.. we are lost. Thankfully, that's not the case yet. We still have time. Just about.. Don't think after 2040 things will be the same at all.

Love the reading and insight into these ideas. But what a terrible world it must have been to be living under these people, and their imagined laws and deities .

Love the work. Much of the Bible is derived directly from the Hermetica, only thing different is the names of the characters. I have also come into work recently that professes that the Greek and Hebrew scripture and traditions that we THINK the Bible has taken from were actually derived from Ire(Ireland - Druids)and we can use etymology to prove this.

while not wrong, the larger point is simply that all these mentioned cultures come from a single origin and thus contain symmetries

@@h4ppyn0m4d fair enough. I simply wanted to point this out because most are not aware of this. Sometimes it baby steps for those stuck in a cognitive dissonance, and sometimes there’s no hope at all. So, I usually try to include all audiences when I type a comment.
