Thanks Ian...hitting that high note on the word "hat" is tricky. If you focus on the shape of your mouth as it creates the vowel sound, you can work to direct the note into that part of the mouth...helps to sing it in tune. (A singer 's trick :)

Mine, also. Lived in Japan for years, practiced Zen meditation in the shrine under masters, while learning Aikido. Also, I used to practice acupuncture, initiated in Prana Nadi and ReiKi, TaiChi, so I'm with you all the way...., heard about zen and chicken soup, zen and motorcycle maintenance, zen computer, now here you are Zen Uke, lovely..., so, I'm the Zen Pilot.
