Will ADH secretion increase progressively in undiagnosed and untreated cases of small cell cancer of lungs or it has no definite pattern?

I thought flaccid paralysis occurs when an LMN lesion occurs? You get spasticity in UMN lesion

Parisah Hussain good question. Spinal shock is characterised by LMN signs before UMN signs so initially patients will have flaccid paralysis then after they develop spasticity.
