​@@Dreamdreams350as a Ghanaian, living also in Tema the Habour City of Ghana, i can only Tell you that this Double Apartment Chamber and Hall plus Kitchen with visitor Toilet, with the Location its the cheapest offer i have seen on KZbin for the Last 6 years...the First Person who have the Money and knows the value will definately run for the offer.how i wish i had Money to buy it and Rent it out for an Air B and B..what a cheap price and heavy Discount.

At a guess a range of 800-900GHs pcm per apartment.

This Apartment is better because it also has a kitchen attached to it and also a visitor Toilet, unlike the usual Chamber and hall Apartments which dont have Kitchen attached, some dont even have private Toilets...and the Location and the priced ITS very cheap...with the Kitchen attached, i think the Rent for this one will be Higher...
