Thanks so much for watching and glad you enjoyed the video! 😊 I’m behind on responding to comments but I haven’t forgotten yours about making something for the first time and what that was like for me. The answer is that I make new things every week (and mess up about 50% of the time!). Or I don’t mess up and my family still doesn’t like it. 😅 It’s always frustrating at the time but then it leads to a better version, plus tips i can share about how to avoid pitfalls. So it’s all part of the process. My advice would just to always have some frozen French fries and chicken tenders in the freezer as backup lol. I love 'em both, Marie. The coffee cake is just the right size and so easy to make. Now...for the reinforced muffin pan...it is the greatest.💯 I've never bought the silicone muffin cup molds because I always felt they were too flimsy. The reinforced edge mold would be the only way I would try this recipe. (Christmas gift, definitely🎄) The egg bites look fantastic. I really like that I can adjust the recipe size. When you say, heavy cream, is that heavy whipping cream? I am SO impressed by both of these quick and easy recipes. I'm going to make the egg bites tomorrow but in my metal muffin pan.
