I just found your channel and love your straightforward approach. I'm an inverted triangle body shape, with a larger bust, and women's shirts usually don't fit well at all. You said you tend to prefer men's shirts that you can have tailored because you are bigger in the bust. I hadn't thought to try men's shirts, but I will now!
