Outstanding total body workout! Larie crafts another winner blending strength and cardio for a focused fitness hour. As she mentions, much of the cardio provides core work as well, and was feeling sore the next day in areas that hadn’t been worked enough. Fast paced with minimal breaks, this is one of the best hours you can spend on your fitness. Definitely recommend this one to try and work into your repertoire on a regular basis. Thank you Larie!

Do you think you could do this workout with loop resistance bands? Or most of it?

Is it a mini band or a long resistance band “superband”? It would be more doable with the second - the mini band you’d have to get super creative. If you have something around the household like a gallon of water or laundry detergent, that may replicate the dumbbells better.

FIT by Larie they’re mini bands, I actually just remembered my mum has a set of teeny dumbbells from like a decade ago so I’ll go dig those out of the attic! My arms are like overcooked spaghetti so probably not a bad idea to go light with the weight at the start xD thanks so much for replying x

FIT by Larie I did it!! The little dumbbells were plenty 😂 according to my Fitbit, 516 calories burned, average 136 bpm. I did small modifications, like I only did one set of tricep dips because near my elbows went on fire way too fast so I just did extra reps with the dumbbells, and also the push-ups were knees only (noodle arms), but it was friggin awesome. Rest day tomorrow!

What if I never have any bench at my home? Is there any things to subtitute it?

You could replicate most of these with a sturdy chair,bench, etc -just make sure the back of the chair is against a wall so it doesn’t slide (for the lat pullovers you could do on the ground, I just like the extra range of motion on the bench) My latest high intensity bootcamp does provide no-bench options (but there is jumping!) kzbin.info/www/bejne/qZ3Rf6enptprmc0
