Hey Mike, if you take a couple of zip ties in the bottom corners of the bait basket tied to the center bar. Should keep them straight in the trap. It was an awesome video. The wife and i enjoyed watching..

I've never seen those kind of traps before. I do 30 traps up here in MD but they are open top 4 way collapsible traps. Your traps are pretty cool that you can cast them out with a fishing pole.

I dis not think these traps were legal in Florida, i guess they are! Where did you get yours?

The only thing that I saw that was illegal is the use of snares. I got mine on eBay and Bass Pro.

You can but They are harder to catch in the winter months. They go deeper and are more dormant.

What's up Mike??? CRAB ON!!!!! I have bought about 4 of those traps, bought two that work perfectly that were cheaper but that person ran out, got two more that were more expensive and they either won't open or won't close, can you give the link to where you get yours?

Checkout Calcutta outdoors. You can get them for 5.99. Another subscriber hooked me up with this site. I have ordered and received 20 traps with no issues. Sorry about your bad traps.
