When i was homeless and being targeted in san diego the police employed all the homeless to gangstalk me and do weird fake shit whenever i came around. They singled out one homeless veteran out of the whole city and targeted me for defamation and social isolation. Then when i got an apartment through hud vash the harassment continue via the landlord, neighbors, and police. Today im in ohio trying to recover and the covert government harasment still continues

But yes, Nasreen, there is a wide medical consensus that hoarding IS a mental illness. 👍 And looking from the outside-in, it's easy to assume that they're hoarding. But after a closer look, I estimate that they aren't keeping all that stuff because they want it, they're just too lazy to pick it up and throw it away. Because it's likely that they're hopped up on dope most of the time, they don't want to do (and don't feel like doing) any real work around the house. I might be wrong, though, and you might be right. We can't say for sure at this juncture, we can only speculate...
