I used to deliver dried fruits to supermarkets. One time I had 35 lb of dried strawberries and dried peaches. If you call your State department of agriculture. They will tell you that the buds of the marijuana plant are fruit. Dried fruit after harvesting. I defended somebody just by speaking for the defense. They had 35 lb of marijuana buds in their trunk and they got arrested. I showed the court that what they were taking was simply dried fruit. When I asked the judge is 35 lb of dried strawberries legal? But 35 lb of dried marijuana buds are not legal? Then I said to the judge with all respect to the judge and the court what that is is interference with commerce. That's a violation of 18 USC 1951. THAT IS CALLED RACKETEERING.....You can't interfere with commerce of one dried fruit and not the other.

The DEA allowed in hundreds of tons of fentanyl. But they have to worry about protecting the public about cannabis? Cannabis is a green herbaceous plant that produces fruit with seed in it. Marijuana is a right of God Genesis 9:3 King James version. God gave us all things including the green herb to use for meat. We are allowed by God to grow marijuana for food. For the DEA to take that away means that they interfere with commerce they violate their own us code 1951. Then they violate us code 241 and 242. 242 is especially important because marijuana is a right of God. What we need the DEA to do is to deschedule altogether. The libertarians wanted as legal as onions. It's a right of God.

All that fentanyl the DEA allowed in over the border is winding up all over the marijuana bought from street drug dealers all across America. The DEA should legalize recreationally right away to protect the public from drug dealers lacing marijuana with fentanyl and destroying lives. Why does the DEA Force desperate people in states where it's not recreationally legal. Where the police and sheriff's take full advantage. We need recreational marijuana to protect us from the police. Tourists need protection from street drug dealers. Why does the government want to force people to go to the streets to find a street drug dealer to buy marijuana which is a right of God¿

Every county commissioner in all states where it's not recreationally legal yet. They have all received lobby money. Why is it legal to take lobby money to better yourself as a politician at the expense of your public who wants to buy cannabis but instead you give all that business to drug dealers who lace the marijuana with fentanyl and they make all that money. And so many people I've been hurt by fentanyl. The only rational and logical thing right now is to legalize recreationally right away. Why don't you except the letter of the 11 Democrat senators who said deschedule it all together. Since it's only herbs and fruit and it's totally safe
