@@nusratjahan-lo7tw pinch stretch, have someone pinch your levator scapula while you do an elbows down palms-in row, a palms-down T-row, palms- up shoulder press and rear fly. breathe in through your nose while your tongue is on the roof of your mouth. exhale with an open mouth. 8 reps each exercise. don't shake or test your neck after the movements. just finally relax. repeat 3x a day. for up to 2 weeks.

Mines bad that I can't hold straight against a wall. A chiropractor once told me my neck bone is straight instead of curvy. I lay flat on floor and put arms back on floor in 90 angles. I will try this. You've had some great video titles but I'm so lazy to watch.
