It's not that rare, according to Mindat it has been found in Austria, Brazil, Canada, Czech Republic, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, UK and USA. Most of the time in several locations for each country ( according to Mindat ) Also there's two dead givaway that while rare it's not the rarest mineral on earth: - for one of those, you need to look for minerals that have been found in only a single location or at worst two locations ( hint : there's several ) - the name is grandfathered ( meaning that the mineral has been dscovered, analyzed, described and named before 1959.

Why the "no I'm not a bigot"? That recontextualizes your question. Without it, nobody would have assumed bigotry, while with it ironically some bigotry is hinted at.
