I’m American but this is so impressive! During these Stanley Cup Finals he sings America’s national anthem perfectly and far better than most at our own events. Well done sir!!

It’s amazing what happens when you sing a song as it was written. American artists try to make the Anthem “their own,” way too often. Duel citizen Alanis Morissette managed to do both of them poorly in game 7 tonight. The small but vocal Oilers fans just sang it at the appropriate pace and it was very evident.

I always turn up the volume for the Canadian national anthem in Edmonton it's chills every time. Hats of to all my fellow Canadians in the stands you're the best and I hope you win.

This looks like the guy who sang the two national anthems for game 3 of the 2024 Stanley Cup finals tonight. It's a bit strange to hear the Star Spangled Banner sung by a guy with a Canadian accent.

It’s “in all of us command”. Used to be “in all thy sons command”. They added “God keep our land” back in the ‘80s, too, and that seemed off to me, even as a child. The words can be changed. We’ll live.

So the guy sings 2 lines? Why have an anthem singer at all, I don't get it. And nothing can hold a candle to the Blackhawks in the United Center. Jim Cornelison (he actually sings the whole thing) and the organ is so magical. This is pretty vanilla.

im not sure what the title of this video is neant to imply? BUT, Ive lived in 8 different hockey cities, 6 Canadian and 2 American (US)... @@glenmcdonald375 It was started by the Oilers in 06. I’ve watched almost every Leafs game this year and never saw them do it once. Either way, there were 4 Canadian teams in the playoffs this year, show me footage of a single one of those teams other than Edmonton doing this.
